SHIPPING POLICY

Thank you for shopping with Valleytech Custom Solutions. Please read our shipping policy carefully before placing your order.


PROCESSING TIME

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.


DOMESTIC SHIPPING (United States)

We ship to all 50 states via the following carriers:

  • USPS
  • UPS
  • FedEx

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on package weight, dimensions, and destination.

Free standard shipping is available on domestic orders over $[X].


INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We currently ship to select international destinations. International shipping rates and delivery times vary by country and are calculated at checkout.

Please note:

  • International customers are responsible for all customs duties, import taxes, and fees imposed by their country. Valleytech Custom Solutions has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.
  • Valleytech Custom Solutions is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
  • Some products may be subject to export restrictions and cannot be shipped to certain countries. If your order cannot be fulfilled due to export regulations, you will be notified and fully refunded.
  • It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the products ordered are legal to import in their country.

ORDER TRACKING

Once your order ships, you will receive an email containing your tracking number. You can use this number to track your order through the carrier's website. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become active.


SHIPPING ADDRESS

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. Valleytech Custom Solutions is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrectly entered address. If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us immediately at [tech@valleytechsolutions.tech] and we will do our best to correct it before shipment.


LOST, STOLEN, OR DAMAGED PACKAGES

  • If your package is lost in transit, please contact us at [tech@valleytechsolutions.tech] and we will work with the carrier to locate your shipment.
  • Valleytech Custom Solutions is not responsible for packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier but reported as missing. We recommend selecting a shipping option with signature confirmation for high-value orders.
  • If your package arrives damaged, please photograph the damage immediately and contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or refusal of delivery, the customer will be responsible for the cost of re-shipping. Refunds will not be issued for original shipping costs.
